Yes. We assist clients facing visa refusals or cancellations by reviewing their circumstances, preparing detailed submissions, and representing matters before the relevant tribunal where appropriate. Our focus is on presenting the strongest possible case and helping clients understand the next steps available to them.

Processing times vary depending on the visa subclass, the complexity of your case, and current Department workloads. In many cases, permanent visa applications can take around 12 months, but timelines may be shorter or longer based on the specific pathway and how complete the application is when lodged.

Processing times are usually affected by application complexity, the quality and availability of supporting documents, health and character requirements, and the Department's current workload. We help reduce avoidable delays by ensuring applications are well-prepared and meet the required criteria before submission.

We assist with a wide range of visa categories, from skilled migration and employer-sponsored pathways to family, student, visitor, and citizenship-related applications. Our services are tailored to the client's current status, long-term goals, and eligibility.
